Free Returns
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, 24goodz.com offers you the option to return the product free of charge within 14 days.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. Upon receipt, 24goodz.com will inspect the product as soon as possible. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days.

Return Conditions
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.
- The product can only be returned if it is complete and (where possible) in its original packaging. Please do not unpack or use the product more than necessary to assess it.
- The product must not be assembled.
Tips for returning
- Pack the product as much as possible using the original packaging materials.
- Ensure the item cannot move or rub against other items.
- Make sure the box is properly sealed, preferably with transparent tape.

How can I register a return?
You can register a return via this link. Within 2–3 business days, you will receive a return label by email. Please print it and attach it to the package. You can then drop off the package at the nearest post office of the respective courier service.

Exchanges
We only replace products if they are damaged, incorrect, defective, or the wrong size. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via support@24goodz.com. The fastest way is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Depreciation
Depreciation may apply to returned products if the items are damaged, not in their original packaging, or have been used. The depreciation amount will be determined by 24goodz.com, and you will be informed accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount including any shipping costs will be automatically refunded within 14 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
